Job Title: Steward / F&B Service Associate

Department: Food & Beverage Service
Location: Country Inn Hotels & Resorts – [Property Name]
Reports To: F&B Supervisor / Restaurant Manager

Job Summary:

The Steward is responsible for delivering prompt, courteous, and efficient food and beverage service to guests, ensuring a memorable dining experience in line with Country Inn Hotels’ service standards. The role involves maintaining hygiene, service quality, and guest satisfaction across restaurant, banquet, and in-room dining operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests in a warm and professional manner
• Assist guests with menu selection and provide recommendations when required
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen/bar
• Serve food and beverages as per established service standards
• Ensure proper table setup, cleanliness, and hygiene at all times
• Clear and reset tables efficiently for the next service
• Handle guest requests, concerns, and complaints promptly
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams for smooth service flow
• Maintain knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and daily specials
• Follow billing procedures and ensure accuracy in order punching
• Adhere to grooming, hygiene, and safety standards of the hotel

Key Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: 12th pass; Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management preferred
• 1–3 years of experience in F&B service (hotel experience preferred)
• Basic understanding of service etiquette and hospitality standards
• Good communication skills in Hindi and English
• Customer-focused with a positive attitude and pleasing personality
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays

Pay: ₹10,000.00 – ₹17,000.00 per month
