Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Field Officer Operation role based in Haridwar. The Field Officer Operation will oversee day-to-day security operations across assigned client sites, ensuring compliance with company standards and client requirements. Responsibilities include supervising security personnel, monitoring attendance and deployment, conducting site visits and inspections, and addressing operational issues promptly. The role involves coordinating with clients to understand their needs, preparing basic operational reports, and supporting incident management and escalation as required. The Field Officer Operation will also assist with training, discipline, and performance feedback for guards to maintain high service quality and readiness.
Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build effective working relationships with clients and on-ground teams.
• Clear and professional communication skills for reporting, coordination, and incident handling.
• Analytical skills to assess site requirements, identify risks, and recommend operational improvements.
• Exposure to operations management, including workforce deployment, scheduling, and basic supervisory responsibilities.
• Basic understanding of finance-related aspects such as overtime, billing inputs, and cost-conscious resource planning.
• Prior experience in security services, facilities management, or field operations preferred.
• Ability to work on-site, travel between client locations in Haridwar as needed, and be available for rotational or extended hours when required.
• Minimum of a high school diploma; a diploma or degree in management, security, or a related field is an advantage.
