Job Summary
The Sales Officer is responsible for driving sales growth, developing dealer networks, and promoting products in the assigned territory within the Cattle Feed Industry. The role involves extensive fieldwork, farmer engagement, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
- Appoint and manage dealers, distributors, and retailers
- Conduct regular market and village visits to promote cattle feed products
- Build strong relationships with farmers and key customers
- Provide product knowledge and feeding guidance to farmers
- Ensure product availability and visibility at dealer outlets
- Implement sales promotion schemes and marketing campaigns
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends
- Collect payments on time and maintain outstanding control
- Prepare daily activity reports and sales reports
- Organize farmer meetings, demonstrations, and promotional events
Required Skills
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of rural markets and dealer networks
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets
- Basic knowledge of livestock feeding practices
- Reporting and basic computer skills (Excel, WhatsApp reporting
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,674.70 – ₹40,741.27 per month
