Salary Maximum – 24 to 30 LPA (30 % increment on last drawn)

Role Overview:

Lead end-to-end accounting and financial control for a multi-entity setup, ensuring clean, compliant, and audit-ready books with accurate financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive monthly closures, reconciliations, and accounting accuracy.
• Own financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) and MIS from books.
• Lead statutory, tax, and internal audits; ensure full regulatory compliance.
• Manage finance team and enforce strong process discipline.
• Strengthen internal controls and standardize accounting/reporting frameworks.

Candidate Profile:

• 7–10 years of experience in accounting, audits, and compliance.
• Strong exposure to multi-unit/entity financial management.
• Proven team handling experience.
• Highly detail-oriented and process-driven.
