We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated finance assistant to support our senior accountant and finance team in preparing financial reports, maintaining records, and assisting the senior accountant in day-to-day financial operations. This role is ideal for fresh graduates who want to build a strong career in finance, accounting, and corporate reporting. The candidate will work closely with the senior accountant and clients to ensure accurate financial documentation, reporting, and compliance.
Selected Intern’s Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
- Prepare and maintain financial statements, reports, and accounting records.
- Review financial data and make necessary corrections or updates as instructed.
- Analyse emails, instructions, and requirements received from the team finance.
- Prepare financial certificates, summaries and supporting documents.
- Assist the senior accountant in day-to-day accounting and compliance activities.
- Review reports and ensure accuracy, completeness and proper presentation.
- Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records.
- Support in reconciliations and financial reviews when required.
