Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Account Manager role based in Bengaluru. The Account Manager will be responsible for overseeing a portfolio of residential societies, acting as the primary point of contact for management committees, facility teams, and key stakeholders. The role includes onboarding new societies to the NoBrokerHood platform, conducting product demos, coordinating implementation, and ensuring timely resolution of operational issues. The Account Manager will monitor account health and usage metrics, gather feedback, and work with internal teams (product, operations, and support) to improve client satisfaction and retention. Daily activities also involve identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities, preparing performance reports, and driving adoption of new features and services.

Qualifications

• Proven account management or client servicing experience, preferably in SaaS, prop-tech, community management, or related domains.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage diverse client groups (management committees, facility managers, security agencies).
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with proficiency in English; knowledge of local languages in Bengaluru is an advantage.
• Solid analytical and problem-solving skills, including comfort with dashboards, usage metrics, and reporting tools.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities, with strong organizational and time-management capabilities.
• Tech-savvy and comfortable learning and explaining digital products, mobile apps, and web-based platforms.
• Customer-centric mindset with a focus on retention, adoption, and service quality.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Willingness to travel within the city for client meetings and on-site interactions as needed.
