About Symplichain
Symplichain is building India’s first AI-native supply chain platform. Our product, SymFlow, is a live supply chain execution platform already deployed with pilot customers – handling real shipment tracking, proof-of-delivery validation, and driver management. We are building SymAI – a suite of AI tools that automate invoice auditing, supplier discovery, document generation, and more using proprietary fine-tuned language models, and an agentic digital twin for autonomous supply chain operations (SymMirror).
We are a two-person founder team (IIM + IIT alumni) with 18+ years of combined experience across supply chain, fintech, and enterprise products. Our web platform is live with pilot customers, our driver app is live on the Google Play Store, and we are now sprinting toward seed-round readiness with our proprietary AI models, vertical AI tools, and agentic workflow automations – all shipping within the next 3 months.
This is a high-impact opportunity to drive real customer outcomes—working across marketing, sales and customer success to grow, onboard, and engage enterprise clients.
About The Role
Our SymFlow platform is live and we are shipping new products and features every week. Now we need to put them in front of the right people. We have a phased GTM plan – our first target market are SME fleet operators, regional transporters, mid-tier manufacturers, and exporters and thereafter, we intend to quickly scale to large Indian and global enterprise segment.
We need someone who can do the ground-level work of finding these customers, getting them onto the platform, making sure they succeed, and turning their stories into content that brings in the next wave. This is a high impact role that directly determines our ground traction and ability to acquire, engage and retain customers. This role also directly impacts which products and features we build or prioritize based on real feedback from the market.
What you will do
Outbound Sales & Lead Generation
• Run cold outreach campaigns targeting SME fleet operators, regional transporters, and mid-tier manufacturers via LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Email campaigns, and other channels
• Identify and engage prospects in WhatsApp communities and supply chain and logistics industry forums
• Manage the outbound pipeline – track leads, follow up relentlessly, and get them to a demo or self-service signup
• Activate referral loops from existing pilot customers
• Support investor-facing outreach by compiling traction data and warm introductions
Content & GTM Marketing
• Draft and schedule 2-3 LinkedIn posts per week showcasing real supply chain pain points and how Symplichain’s products are solving them
• Produce customer case studies and testimonials from pilot deployments
• Create demo videos, product walkthrough content, and one-pagers for sales outreach
• Engage in relevant LinkedIn and WhatsApp communities – comment, share, and build Symplichain’s presence where supply chain operators actually are
• Draft email sequences for onboarding, re-engagement, and feature announcements
Customer Onboarding & Success
• Hand-hold new users through the onboarding process — from signup to feature demos
• Be the first point of contact for pilot customers; gather feedback, resolve issues, and ensure they hit activation milestones
• Track onboarding completion rates, feature adoption, and usage patterns to identify friction points
• Run NPS surveys and collect qualitative feedback that feeds directly into product decisions
What we are looking for
Must-Have
• Strong written and verbal communication – you can write a compelling cold email, a LinkedIn post, or a case study and you can captivate a customer with your conversation skills
• Hustle and persistence – you are the kind of person who sends the 4th follow-up without being asked
• Comfort with ambiguity – assume there are no S&M playbook yet; you will help write it
• Curiosity about supply chain, logistics, and B2B SaaS – you don’t need domain expertise, but you need to learn fast
• Power user of modern AI tools – We encourage to use your favourite LLM to research, build, and manage your daily tasks, be it creating a good post or building an entire MVP from scratch
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools like LinkedIn, Google Ads, etc and power user of Spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets)
Great-to-Have
• Experience creating content for LinkedIn or running social media campaigns for a brand/startup
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools like Google Ads, HubSpot, Notion, Canva, or similar sales/marketing stack
• Prior experience in B2B sales, business development, or growth roles (even college-level projects count)
• Exposure to the logistics, manufacturing, or supply chain industry in India
