Role Description

The Founder’s Office Intern will work closely with the organization’s leadership team to support strategic planning, research, and decision-making. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Noida. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market research, assisting in business planning, managing special projects, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and contributing to critical organizational initiatives. Additionally, the intern will provide executive assistance to the founder, helping with scheduling, presentations, and other administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• Strong research and analytical skills, with the ability to gather and synthesize information effectively.
• Proficiency in business planning, data analysis, and project management tools.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
• Proactiveness, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
• Basic understanding of the healthcare or wellness industry is a plus.
• Experience with administrative tasks, scheduling, and coordination is highly beneficial.
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Healthcare Management, or related fields.
