Selected Intern’s Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
- Research and track startups, MNCs, and growth-stage companies that are expanding, hiring, raising funding, or opening new offices.
- Build curated target lists and “wish lists” of high-potential companies requiring office design and build solutions.
- Map investor, founder, and alumni networks to identify strategic business opportunities and warm introductions.
- Identify and map key decision-makers, including founders, CXOs, workplace teams, admin heads, and procurement stakeholders.
- Support leadership with account intelligence, outreach strategy, and relationship-building initiatives.
- Draft high-quality emails, outreach notes, investor communication, introductions, and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with internal teams across business, strategy, and design functions to support client acquisition efforts.
