Role Overview

• Act as an extension of founders – pick up whatever is high priority for the company and own it
• Drive high impact, high priority cross-functional initiatives critical to the company’s growth.
• Projects typically are lead a P&L, lead a function or a specific business outcome
• Typical work is cross functional across Sales, Customer Success, Partnerships, Product, Supply, and Finance.
• Identify priorities, decide action plans, and execute them effectively both independently and in collaboration with different teams.
• Manage teams and own their performance outcomes within the first year

○ Mayank Kukreja → IIMA Gold Medalist, IIT Delhi (CS). Worked at McKinsey & Myntra.

○ Anish Khadiya → IIM Lucknow, IIT Kharagpur, worked at ITC, McKinsey, and Myntra.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• At least 3 years of experience, with at least 1+ years in similar roles in high growth startups.
• B2B SaaS sales experience is a must-have, with a strong track record of driving revenue and scaling sales motions.
• Ex-Founder is a HUGE plus
• Problem-solving ninja with the ability to adapt and thrive when faced with new challenges.
• Highly analytical and comfortable with data analytics. Not afraid to jump into Excel, SQL queries, Google Apps Scripts, and AI workflows.
• Comfortable with technology and able to dive deep into aspects like APIs if needed.
• Setting high-performance standards and moving people to achieve them.
