About Qynko
Qynko is an early-stage platform helping experts — consultants, coaches, and creators — build, manage, and monetize their services online. We are in our 0-to-1 growth phase and are looking for a high-energy, process-driven BD professional to drive expert acquisition and subscription growth.
What You Will Do
You will own the full sales cycle — from first outreach to getting an expert live on the Qynko platform. This is a high-volume, high-ownership role. You will be responsible for: Your primary goal is simple: bring high-quality experts onto Qynko and ensure they start earning
Someone who can hunt, sell, and activate, not just close deals
What We Are Looking For
Mandatory Requirements
✅ 3–5 years of BD / inside sales experience — startup experience is NON-NEGOTIABLE
✅ Has worked at an early-stage startup where they built pipeline from scratch
✅ Proven experience doing high-volume outbound calls (40–50+ per day)
✅ Has independently run cold outreach on LinkedIn and via email — not just warm inbound
✅ Has sold to professionals (consultants, coaches, educators, creators)
✅ Has managed full sales cycle — outreach → demo → follow-up → close — without hand-holding
✅ Has onboarded clients/customers onto a platform and ensured activation
✅ Comfortable working with CRM tools independently (Pipedrive, Leadsquared, HubSpot, or similar)

In-depth interview — 30 min with the Marketing Manager — skills, experience, approach, situational questions, and sales methodology in detail
