UT Digital Media is entering its next phase of growth.

Over the next few years, we plan to expand both our Digital Marketing Agency and EdTech business. To support that growth, we’re looking for someone who can help us build the people side of the organization from the ground up.

This is not a traditional HR role.

We’re looking for someone who genuinely enjoys people management, building teams, , improving culture, and creating systems that help organizations scale.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

✅ Attendance & Leave Management

✅ Employee Engagement & Culture Building

✅ HR Policies, Processes & Documentation

Who Should Apply?

• MBA in HR (Mandatory)

• Minimum 1+ Year of HR Experience

• Experience in Digital Marketing Agency, IT Company, Startup, or Service-Based Organization preferred

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Someone who loves working with people and building teams
