Role Description

The Franchisee Sales role is a full-time, on-site position based in Chandigarh. The primary responsibilities include identifying and onboarding new franchisees, fostering strong relationships with existing franchise partners, and managing the end-to-end franchise acquisition process. The role also entails conducting market research, developing proposals, negotiating contracts, and ensuring adherence to organizational standards. The Franchisee Sales representative will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, contributing to the success and expansion of the XpressBees network.

Qualifications

• Proven sales and business development experience in identifying and acquiring franchisees
• Strong skills in market research, lead generation, and proposal preparation
• Excellent negotiation and relationship management abilities
• Knowledge of logistics, supply chain, or a related field is an advantage
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to present and close deals effectively
• Ability to work on-site in Chandigarh and travel as required
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently or as part of a team
• Minimum qualification of a bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
