Position Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and organized Admin Coordinator to manage the daily administrative operations of the preschool. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, proactive, and able to multitask while maintaining a warm and professional demeanour with parents, staff, and visitors.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily administrative activities of the preschool.
Handle inquiries (walk-ins, calls, and online) and assist with admissions coordination.
Maintain student and staff records accurately.
Coordinate with teachers, support staff, and management for smooth daily operations.
Ensure maintenance, cleanliness, and safety standards within the school premises.
Prepare and share weekly/monthly reports with management.
Assist in planning and executing school events and parent engagement activities.
Handle vendor coordination, inventory, and procurement for school supplies.
Manage internal communication and maintain confidentiality of information.
Requirements:
Graduate in any discipline (preferably with a background in administration or education management).
1–3 years of experience in a similar role (experience in a preschool or school setup preferred).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfortable using digital tools.

Timings: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM (Monday to Friday)
10 am to 2 pm(Saturday)
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month (depending on experience)
Pay: ₹25,000.00 – ₹35,000.00 per month
