We’re a bootstrapped company, building consistently for the last 8 years. I’ve personally worked on multiple brands, client projects, YouTube channels, and growth campaigns across different platforms around the world.

This is not a typical agency setup – we’re still building, experimenting, learning, and scaling. If things go well, this can turn into a long-term partnership opportunity.

Role Overview:
I’m looking for a Full Stack Social Media Manager and Growth Specialist (Strategist + Executioner) who can take full ownership of client accounts – from strategy to execution to growth and become a core part of the team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create content strategies for clients (Instagram, YouTube, etc.)
• Plan and manage content calendars
• Write hooks, captions, and content ideas
• Coordinate with video editors/designers (Need to have idea to edit on canva as well if editors are not available)
• Post content and manage accounts consistently
• Track performance and optimize for growth
• Handle multiple clients efficiently

Requirements:

• 3-5+ years experience in social media management
• Strong understanding of Instagram, YouTube, and short-form content
• Ability to think strategically, not just execute
• Understanding of content psychology and trends
• Organized and reliable
• Good communication skills (English + Hindi preferred)

Compensation:

• Base + performance incentives (based on clients/projects)
