Role Description
Core Responsibilities – P&L Management: Owning the marketplace business case, including revenue targets (GMV), net sales, and bottom-line profitability.
Assortment Strategy: Defining the category roadmap and optimizing product listings and selection freshness for seasonal launches.
Partnership Management: Developing Joint Business Plans (JBPs) and managing long-term strategic relationships with marketplace Key Account Managers (KAMs).
Operational Rigour: overseeing end-to-end operations, including catalogue quality, pricing accuracy, and inventory coverage to prevent stockouts.
Commercial Trading: Planning and executing platform-led campaigns, sale events, and discount structures aligned with brand margin goals.
Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborating with Marketing (for performance ads), Supply Chain (for order fulfillment), and Product teams.
Key Responsibilities –
Financials: Gross Merchandise Volume (GMV), Contribution Margin, and Net Revenue.Sales Performance: Average Order Value (AOV), Sell-Through Rate, and Conversion Rate.Efficiency: Return on Advertising Spend (ROAS), ACOS (Advertising Cost of Sales), and Inventory Turnover.Customer Experience: Return rates, RTO (Return to Origin) percentages, and customer satisfaction scores.
