True Tech Professionals is an AI-native product studio based in India. We’ve shipped 8 AI products — including an AI-powered ATS that migrated 25,000 candidates and an adaptive learning platform running at $6/month infrastructure cost.

Our clients are funded startups in the US and UK.

We’re hiring a Global BD Lead to open doors for our live products:

TrueNorth ATS, Contractor Management System, TruePeople HRMS — HRTech. Three live AI-powered HR products. White-label ready for staffing agencies and HRTech startups in the US and UK. Live at ats.truetechpro.io and truepeople.truetechpro.io

EdTech

AI adaptive learning platform for K-12. RAG pipeline on 7,400+ curriculum documents. White-label available for coaching institutes and EdTech startups.

What you’ll actually do

• Connect us with US/UK EdTech and HRTech founders, VCs, consultants, and agency partners who can use or resell our products
• Introduce our HRTech suite to staffing agencies and recruitment firms looking for a white-label AI solution
• Introduce our EdTech platform to coaching institutes, K-12 schools, and EdTech startups looking for an AI-powered adaptive learning solution
• Build relationships with fractional CTOs, IT consulting firms, and innovation leads who work with funded startups
• Own the conversation from first contact to discovery call — we close and deliver

What we’re looking for

• You have existing relationships in EdTech or HRTech — US or UK market preferred
• You’ve worked in IT services, SaaS, or staffing and understand how B2B partnerships work
• You’re comfortable with async, video calls, and building trust over time — not just cold pitching
• You can carry a technical story without being a developer
• Remote — timezone overlap with US or UK is a plus
