Lead large-scale retail pharmacy operations across COCO & FOFO models. Drive growth, profitability, franchise expansion, and operational excellence while ensuring regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage multi-region pharmacy operations & P&L
- Drive sales growth, cost optimization & store expansion
- Lead FOFO franchise network & partner performance
- Ensure SOP adherence & regulatory compliance
- Oversee supply chain, inventory & vendor management
- Build and lead high-performing teams
Requirements
- 15+ years in retail pharmacy / healthcare
- Strong experience in COCO & FOFO models
- Proven leadership in multi-store operations
- Strong business, operations & franchise management skills
