About the Team
Paytm Ads is the digital advertising platform of Paytm, enabling brands to reach and engage with over 350M+ users across Paytm’s ecosystem of 200+ payment, commerce, and retail services—both online and offline. By leveraging transaction signals and behavioral insights, Paytm Ads enables advertisers to target highly relevant consumer cohorts and deliver performance-driven campaigns.
About the Role
We are looking for a Manager – Product Analytics to drive data-led decision making across the Paytm Ads platform. This role works closely with Product, Data Engineering, Sales, and Operations teams to analyze product performance, user behavior, and campaign outcomes, translating data into actionable insights that improve advertiser and platform performance.
Key Responsibilities:
● Build and maintain automated dashboards and BI reports for key product and revenue metrics.
● Write advanced SQL queries to analyze large datasets and generate actionable insights.
● Analyze product usage, funnels, retention, and feature adoption to identify growth opportunities.
● Conduct A/B testing, cohort analysis, and segmentation to measure product and campaign impact.
● Track and optimize digital marketing performance metrics such as CAC, ROI, CTR, and conversions.
● Translate business/product questions into structured analysis recommendations for stakeholders.
Qualifications:
● B.E./B.Tech from a reputed engineering institute
● Experience in Product Analytics, Management Consulting, Business Strategy, or Sales/Marketing Analytics roles.
● Strong SQL expertise for large-scale data analysis and reporting.
● Experience with BI tools such as Superset, Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
● Solid understanding of product analytics, marketing metrics, funnels, and experimentation frameworks.
● Familiarity with digital marketing platforms such as Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
● Experience in AdTech / MarTech ecosystems is preferred but not mandatory.
