We are expanding our Performance Marketing team and are looking for a results-driven Junior Google Ads Specialist to drive scalable growth and optimize paid campaigns across global markets.
Role Overview
As a Google Ads Specialist at Alviras Solutions, you will work closely with the Performance Marketing Lead to support the execution, monitoring, and optimization of paid campaigns. This role is ideal for someone looking to build a strong foundation in performance marketing while gaining hands-on experience with real client accounts.
What you’ll be doing
• Assist in setting up and launching Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube).
• Support execution and monitoring of campaigns across Google Ads, with exposure to Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Pinterest Ads, or similar platforms.
• Work on product feed management including updates, basic optimization, and issue identification.
• Monitor product feed health, campaign performance and flag any issuesÂ
• Track key metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, and conversion rates.
• Support A/B testing of ad copies, creatives, and landing pages.
• Assist in keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis.
• Help in preparing weekly and monthly performance reports.
• Coordinate with design and content teams for ad creatives.
• Support in identifying optimization opportunities based on campaign data.
• Stay updated with basic Google Ads features and industry trends.
What you’ll need
• 1-3 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Shopping), Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Pinterest Ads, or similar platforms.
• Understanding of PPC metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS.).
• Familiarity with Google Ads interface and campaign setup.
• Knowledge of Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager and Google Merchant Center.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes.
• Good communication and willingness to learn.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred.
