Job Description (Google Ads Specialist & SEO)
Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Google Ads & SEO Specialist, with a stronger focus on Google Ads performance marketing, to manage and optimize our paid and organic search performance. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, hands-on experience with SEO/SEM tools, and a proven track record of delivering measurable, result-driven digital marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
Google Ads (PPC) Management
• Plan, create, and optimize Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, Video, Shopping, and Performance Max.
• Conduct keyword targeting, audience segmentation, and advanced bid strategy management.
• Write, test, and optimize ad copies to maximize CTR, conversions, and ROI.
• Track and analyze key performance metrics (CPA, ROAS, CPC, CTR) and make data-driven improvements.
• Set up and manage conversion tracking, UTM parameters, and remarketing audiences.
• Manage campaign budgets effectively to ensure maximum return on ad spend.
• Continuously test and scale high-performing campaigns with a result-oriented approach.
Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
Conduct keyword research and support basic SEO strategy development.
• Optimize website content, meta tags, images, and on-page elements.
• Perform technical SEO audits (site speed, mobile usability, crawlability, indexing).
• Collaborate with content teams to create SEO-friendly blogs and landing pages.
• Monitor SEO performance and assist in reporting using tools like Google Search Console and Google Analytics.
• Stay updated with SEO trends and algorithm changes
Analytics & Reporting
Analytics & Reporting
• Use Google Analytics, Search Console, and other tools to monitor campaign performance.
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with insights and optimization recommendations.
• Analyze competitor activity and identify growth opportunities.
• Maintain a data-driven and performance-focused mindset in all reporting and execution.
Qualifications
2 to 5 years of experience in Google Ads, SEO, or digital marketing roles.
• Strong expertise in Google Ads and other paid advertising platforms.
• Familiarity with SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS and CMS platforms (WordPress, Shopify).
• Google Ads and Google Analytics certifications preferred.
• Must have a proven, result-driven approach with demonstrated campaign success and measurable outcomes.
