Our offerings include Document Management Systems (DMS), Digitization & Record Management, Scanning & Archival, Payroll & HRMS Software, Workflow Automation, Digital Signage Solutions (IDisplay), and Digital Marketing Services.

We’re looking for experienced, well-networked professionals to drive government business and build strong relationships across public sector organizations in their territory.

🔹 WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Identify and develop opportunities across Government Departments, PSUs, Boards, Corporations, Universities, Municipal Bodies, and Autonomous Organizations
• Build relationships with officials, department heads, procurement authorities, consultants, and decision-makers
• Track upcoming projects, tenders, RFPs, GeM listings, and departmental procurement plans
• Drive opportunities for DMS, Digitization, Scanning & Archival, Payroll/HRMS, Workflow Automation, Digital Signage (IDisplay), and Digital Outreach
• Coordinate with internal teams on proposals, tenders, presentations, and project discussions
• Own the pipeline end-to-end — from lead generation to order closure
• Represent us at government meetings, industry forums, and events
• Follow up on proposals, project awards, and payment collections

🔹 WHAT YOU BRING

• 5+ years in Government Sales, Institutional Sales, Public Sector BD, or Liaisoning
• A proven track record with Government Departments, PSUs, Municipal Bodies, Universities, Smart City projects, or similar
• A strong network within government and procurement ecosystems
• Solid grasp of GeM, government procurement, tendering, and RFP/RFQ management
• Experience selling Software, DMS, Digitization, Payroll/HRMS, e-Governance, Digital Signage, or Record Management solutions
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Self-driven and able to independently own a territory
