This is a high-agency, individual contributor role reporting directly to management.

You will act as the:

👉 Financial Controller

📋 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1️⃣ Data Ownership & Business Visibility

• Proactively gather data from all group companies 
• Ensure timely and accurate data flow 
• Maintain real-time visibility of business performance 
• Provide regular updates to management on business progress 

👉 This is a core responsibility

2️⃣ MIS, Insights & Decision Support

• Prepare consolidated group MIS 
• Deliver: 
• P&L (business-wise) 
• cash flow 
• working capital 
• key ratios 

👉 MOST IMPORTANT:

• Provide deep insights on business direction 
• Identify trends, risks, inefficiencies 
• Suggest course correction actions 

3️⃣ Execution & Follow-Through (Key Differentiator)

• Ensure recommended actions are implemented 
• Drive strong follow-ups across teams 
• Track action items and ensure closure 
• Maintain accountability across stakeholders

• Standardize accounting systems across entities 
• Design:

• MIS formats

5️⃣ Review, Control & Correction

• Review books of entities with internal teams 
• Identify:

• Guide and upgrade accounting teams 

6️⃣ Compliance & Governance

• Oversee: 
• GST (GSTR-1, 3B, reconciliation) 
• TDS & income tax 
• E-invoicing & E-way bills 
• RERA compliance 
• Ensure:

7️⃣ Payment Control Framework

• Design and enforce payment approval systems 
• Ensure:

CMA / CA / B.Com/ M.Com/MBA Finance/ CA Dropout

• 5–15 years

• Strong exposure to: 
• GST, TDS, income tax 
• audits and banking 
• system/process implementation
