Growth & Events Intern Full Time

At thinkO, we’re building a calmer, smarter way for young India to stay informed.

We simplify news into quick, contextual formats across reading, listening, and watching, so people can understand the world without feeling overwhelmed.

We’re looking for energetic, creative, and highly people-oriented interns who can help us do offline marketing for thinkO and build strong presence across colleges, corporate parks and cafes.

Location: Bengaluru (with on-ground travel)

Duration: 2 – 3 months

Type: Internship (Part-time / Full-time)

What you’ll do

• Organise and execute on-ground activations in colleges, corporate parks, cafes, and events
• Coordinate with college clubs, fest teams, HR/admin teams in offices, and community managers
• Help set up stalls, mini-events, contests, and engagement activities for thinkO
• Drive app awareness, downloads, and user engagement
• Manage event logistics, permissions, vendors, and coordination
• Capture event content for Instagram/Reels/social media
• Support Instagram promotion and on-ground campaign amplification
• Help create hype around activations through reels, stories, student creators, and community sharing
• Build relationships with student ambassadors, office communities, and creator networks
• Brainstorm creative offline marketing ideas that people actually enjoy interacting with

Who we’re looking for

• Strong communication and networking skills
• Someone who enjoys being on-ground and interacting with people
• Highly organised, proactive, and dependable
• Comfortable managing multiple moving pieces during events
• Active in college communities/fests/clubs is a plus
• Interest in media, startups, content is preferred
• Bonus if you enjoy content creation/social media
