To partner with us in this exciting journey and unlock new values for the business, we are looking for passionate professionals for the position of Head Ash Management, Vedanta Aluminium Metal Limited, Jharsuguda

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Prioritize, plan & align resources & work effectively with people to deliver high-quality results consistent with the overall organization objective
• Understand the key business drivers and leverage this understanding for identifying and seizing business opportunities
• Understand and anticipate the needs of internal/external customers to ensure high levels of service delivery in terms of products and services
• Effectively bring about commitment to team goals amongst the team members and facilitate seamless working across boundaries
• Develop and communicate a long-term strategy and vision aligned to the overall business goals and the Group objectives
• Ability to proactively understand, plan & communicate change to all the stakeholders for deploying change management strategies & processes
• Increase utilization in sustainable avenues inline with the guide lines laid by SPCB/CPCB/MoEF & CC
• Maintain ash dyke stability as per defined standards and proactively comply to all related requirements, Maintain dyke space at desired level as per the BP
• Ensure Safety during complete Ash operation, movement at Ash pond, inside plant and periphery area.
• Offtake increment to cost effective avenues such as mines backfilling, cement industries, stone quarry and utilization in land reclamation situated with in the proximity
• Continuous drive for fly ash application diversification on prospective user agencies such as replacement of sand in cement making and usage increase in bricks and mortar application group.

Education Qualification | Work-Ex| Desired Attributes:

• Education Qualification – B.E. /B.Tech with strong systems & process orientation
• 15+ years of work experience in the relevant field
• Strong organizational and time management skills, Communication and interpersonal skills and decision making
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Strong business acumen, Strong Leadership, Well rounded industry insights, People management, Tech Savvy
• Minimum 60% marks throughout academics (10th, 12th, and Graduation mandatory).
