Job Title: Head – Sales & Marketing

About the Role
We are looking for a Sales & Marketing Head who will own the complete revenue engine—from brand visibility and lead generation to conversion and closures.
This is a high-ownership role for our Client Connect department, requiring a balance of strategy, execution, and team leadership. The role will act as the single point of accountability and responsible for end-to-end functions across sales, marketing, CRM,channel partnerships, and customer experience.
The ideal candidate understands real estate deeply, is comfortable working in a lean environment, and can build scalable systems while driving immediate business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
1. Revenue Ownership & Sales Leadership
- Own overall sales targets across projects and ensure consistent achievement
- Drive the entire sales lifecycle: lead → site visit → negotiation → closure
- Improve conversion metrics across the funnel
- Build structured sales processes and ensure strong CRM discipline
2. Integrated Sales & Marketing Strategy
- Define and execute a unified sales and marketing strategy aligned to business goals
- Ensure marketing efforts directly translate into high-quality leads and conversions
- Align product positioning, pricing narratives, and go-to-market strategies
3. Lead Generation & Brand Building
- Oversee digital and offline lead generation channels (performance marketing, portals, campaigns)
- Drive 360-degree marketing including branding, content, and project positioning
- Ensure optimal cost per lead (CPL) and return on marketing investments
4. Channel Partner & Agency Management
- Build and scale a strong network of channel partners and brokers
- Manage external sales agencies and marketing vendors
- Drive accountability, performance tracking, and incentive structures
5. Customer Experience & Experience Centers
- Oversee setup and management of experience centers/site offices
- Ensure a premium and consistent customer experience across touchpoints
- Drive customer engagement strategies that improve trust and conversions
6. Team Leadership & Capability Building
- Lead and mentor sales and marketing teams (internal + external)
- Build clarity on roles, KPIs, and performance expectations
- Create a strong execution culture with high ownership and accountability
7. Events, PR & Market Positioning
- Oversee events, exhibitions, and customer engagement initiatives
- Drive PR and media visibility to strengthen brand credibility
- Leverage industry networks for partnerships and market reach
8. Data, Reporting & Market Intelligence
- Track key metrics: leads, visits, conversions, revenue, channel performance
- Analyze campaign ROI and sales effectiveness
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends to refine strategies
Candidate Profile
Experience
- 9–15 years of experience in real estate sales and marketing
- Strong track record of driving revenue and managing end-to-end sales
- Experience managing channel partners, agencies, and cross-functional teams
