Role Description

We are seeking a Head of Supply Chain & Operations to oversee and optimize the end-to-end supply chain and operational processes. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Gurugram. The role involves managing procurement, supply chain logistics, and operational efficiency while leading cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives. The individual will also ensure exceptional customer service, sustainable sourcing practices, and continuous process improvement to support business growth.

• Experience in the food, dairy, or FMCG industry, along with a graduate degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field, is preferred.
