Job Summary:
The Head – People & Transformation will lead and oversee all human resource functions including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, policy implementation, compliance, training & development, payroll coordination, and strategic workforce planning. The role is responsible for building and maintaining a strong organizational culture while aligning HR strategies with business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic HR Management
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives
- Drive organizational development and workforce planning initiatives
- Advise leadership on HR best practices and people strategies
Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment and hiring processes
- Develop talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent
- Ensure smooth onboarding and induction for new employees
Employee Relations
- Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters, and conflict resolution
- Foster a positive work culture and employee engagement initiatives
- Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion practices
Performance Management
- Design and manage performance appraisal systems
- Support managers in setting KPIs and performance improvement plans
- Monitor employee productivity and development
Compensation & Benefits
- Oversee payroll, salary structuring, and benefits administration
- Conduct compensation benchmarking and salary reviews
- Ensure competitive and compliant compensation practices
Compliance & Policies
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory regulations, and company policies
- Develop and update HR policies and employee handbook
- Manage audits and HR documentation
Training & Development
- Identify training needs and implement learning programs
- Drive leadership development and succession planning
- Promote employee career growth initiatives
Required Qualifications:
- MBA/PGDM in HR
- 8–15 years of HR experience with leadership exposure
Required Skills:
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Deep knowledge of labor laws and HR compliance
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving capability
- Experience in HRMS/Payroll systems
- Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills
