We are looking for a proactive and creative Influencer Marketing Executive to manage influencer collaborations end-to-end, from research to execution and performance tracking.

🔑 Key Responsibilities :

• Identify, research, and onboard relevant influencers aligned with the brand.
• Perform detailed profile analysis (engagement rate, fake followers, audience demographics).
• Coordinate with influencers for content planning, scripting, and approvals.
• Ensure content follows brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
• Handle end-to-end campaign execution (outreach → negotiation → posting → reporting)
• Manage and optimize campaign budgets and paid promotions

✅ Requirements:

• 1–2 years of experience in Influencer / Digital Marketing.
• Strong understanding of Instagram, YouTube, and content trends.
• Good communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.
• Basic analytical skills to evaluate campaign performance.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.

📊 Preferred Experience:

• Hands-on experience managing influencer campaigns
• Familiarity with tools like Google Sheets, Instagram Insights, etc.
• Understanding of paid promotions and budget allocation
