Role Objective
We are looking for a high-performing Key Account Manager – HORECA to drive high-volume revenue by securing our brand as the primary supplier for leading Hotels, Restaurants, and Cafés. This role focuses on leveraging existing industry relationships to convert warm connections into large-scale supply contracts and long-term partnerships.
Mandatory Requirement:
• Existing network of active HORECA accounts. (Hotels, Restaurants, Cafés)
• Strong relationships with F&B Directors, Purchase Managers, and Restaurant Owners.
Key Responsibilities:
• Relationship Monetization: Convert your existing network into active billing clients and generate immediate revenue.
• Volume Supply Contracts: Negotiate and close long-term supply agreements and secure “Preferred Vendor” status.
• Account Farming: Increase share of wallet by introducing new product categories within existing accounts.
• Strategic Pricing: Develop competitive commercial proposals while maintaining healthy profit margins.
• P&L Ownership: Manage sales budgets, ensuring strong top-line growth and bottom-line profitability.
• Market Intelligence: Track competitor activity, pricing strategies, and procurement trends.
• Credit & Collections: Manage payment cycles, credit limits, and ensure timely collections.
• Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with procurement teams and decision-makers across accounts.
Candidate Requirement:
• Experience: 5–10 years in B2B / Institutional sales (Direct HORECA experience is mandatory)
• The “Rolodex”: Active, warm network of hospitality decision-makers
• Negotiation Skills: Proven ability to close high-value commercial deals
• Business Acumen: Strong understanding of HORECA supply chain and credit cycles
• Education: Graduate / Post Graduate (Hospitality background preferred)
• Strong communication and relationship management skills
