Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based in India. As a Hospital & Healthcare Partnership Executive, you will play a key role in building and maintaining strategic partnerships with healthcare institutions. The role includes identifying potential healthcare partners, negotiating agreements, and managing ongoing relationships. You will coordinate with hospitals to anticipate staffing needs, provide tailored staffing solutions, and ensure quality service delivery. Regular communication with healthcare professionals and clients to gather feedback and identify opportunities for improvement will also form an essential part of this role.

• Knowledge of healthcare recruitment, hospital operations, and workforce planning
