Role Description
We are looking for an experienced Hospital Operations Manager for our prestigious client with acapable of managing large blue‑collar workforces and effectively handling employee unions. The role requires strong operational leadership, discipline, and the ability to maintain compliance, workforce harmony, and high standards of healthcare service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Operations & Healthcare Management
Workforce & Blue‑Collar Employee Management
· Manage large teams of blue‑collar employees across shifts.
· Ensure discipline, attendance, productivity, and adherence to processes.
· Address workforce grievances and resolve issues proactively.
· Conduct regular briefings, training, and performance monitoring.
Union & Industrial Relations Handling
· Act as the primary point of contact for labor unions.
· Handle negotiations, disputes, and conflict resolution amicably.
· Ensure industrial harmony while safeguarding organizational interests.
· Support management during audits, inspections, and negotiations.
Leadership & Administration
· Lead, mentor, and develop supervisors and frontline staff.
· Maintain documentation, reports, and compliance records.
· Coordinate with HR for manpower planning, policies, and disciplinary actions.
· Support crisis management and emergency response situations.
Essential Requirements
· Proven experience in healthcare operations or facilities management.
· Strong exposure to blue‑collar workforce management.
· Hands‑on experience in union management and industrial relations.
· Sound knowledge of labor laws, safety standards, and statutory compliance.
Skills & Competencies
· Strong leadership and command presence.
· Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
· Ability to manage conflict and high‑pressure situations.

Other Requirements
· Graduate / Post‑Graduate (Healthcare Management / Hospital Administration preferred).
