Position: Front Office Team

We are looking for energetic, well-groomed, and customer-focused individuals to join our Front Office team. If you have a passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences, we’d love to meet you!

• Front Office Executive / GSA (Guest Service Associate)
• Receptionist

Key Responsibilities (Across Roles)

• Welcome and assist guests with a warm, professional attitude
• Handle check-ins and check-outs efficiently
• Manage reservations, calls, and walk-in inquiries
• Coordinate with housekeeping and F&B teams
• Resolve guest concerns and ensure satisfaction
• Maintain front desk operations and records
• Upsell rooms, services, and experiences

Role-Specific Expectations

Front Office Manager

• Oversee entire front office operations
• Manage team performance and training
• Handle escalations and VIP guests
• Ensure revenue optimization and service standards

Front Desk Supervisor

• Supervise daily front desk activities
• Support team during peak hours
• Ensure SOPs and service quality are followed

Front Office Executive / GSA

• Handle guest check-in/check-out
• Assist with reservations and guest requests
• Deliver excellent customer service

Receptionist

• Manage calls, greet walk-in guests
• Handle basic inquiries and coordination

Requirements

• Good communication skills (English & Hindi)
• Presentable personality and grooming
• Customer-first attitude
• Basic computer knowledge (hotel software is a plus)
• Experience preferred, but freshers can apply for junior roles

Work Details

• Rotational shifts (including weekends)

• As per experience and role (competitive for market standards in Patna)
