Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a House Acquisition Manager based in Delhi, India. The role involves identifying potential properties for the Nestaway platform, liaising with homeowners to onboard new rental properties, and performing inspections to ensure the properties meet the required standards. The House Acquisition Manager will also be responsible for negotiating rental agreements, maintaining strong relationships with homeowners, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure a seamless property onboarding process.

Qualifications

• Strong negotiation and communication skills with the ability to establish and maintain relationships with homeowners
• Proficiency in real estate market analysis and property sourcing
• Attention to detail and ability to conduct thorough property inspections
• Organizational skills to effectively manage multiple property acquisition projects
• Basic understanding of legal and contractual terms involved in rental agreements
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and CRM software
• Relevant experience in real estate, property management, or sales is highly desirable
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred
• Ability to work independently in a target-driven environment
• Familiarity with the Delhi rental property market is a strong plus
