Role Description

The Housekeeping Associate is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in guest rooms, public spaces, and other areas of the property. Daily tasks include cleaning, organizing, and restocking supplies while adhering to cleanliness and safety standards. Additional responsibilities include assisting with laundry, reporting maintenance issues, and collaborating with team members to ensure guest satisfaction. This is a full-time, on-site position located in Thrissur.

• Proficiency in Laundry tasks and maintaining cleanliness standards.
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact professionally with guests and team members.
• Excellent Organization Skills to manage time and responsibilities effectively.
• Willingness to receive and follow Training to align with company standards and procedures.
• Attention to detail, adaptability, and a positive attitude.
• Previous experience in a hospitality or similar role is a plus.
