🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Audit and process travel expense claims
• Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, confirmation, transfer & relieving letters
• Maintain accounts payable & receivable records
• Manage travel arrangements and employee accommodations
• Maintain and track employee attendance
• Handle end-to-end recruitment processes
• Ensure compliance with HR policies
• Maintain accurate employee records
• Manage full & final settlement processes

🔹 Preferred Candidate Profile:

• 2–3 years of experience as an HR Executive (preferably in a pharmaceutical company)
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to handle both HR and administrative responsibilities efficiently
