Qualifications
– Any Graduate with a minimum of 3 years of experience in HR operations, pre‑onboarding, and onboarding processes.
– Strong communication and coordination skills.
– Ability to handle multiple tasks and manage end‑to‑end HR workflows.
– Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems/tools.
– Detail‑oriented with strong documentation and follow‑up abilities.

· Able to demonstrate experience across all employee relation disciplines
· Demonstrates good working relationships outside of the direct team boundaries.
· Ensures that decisions and courses of action are consistent with Turner & Townsend’s policies, values and priorities.
· Provides clear rationale and supporting data to justify recommended solutions.
· Takes personal responsibility to complete actions and resolve issues.
· Cooperative team member who shares skills and knowledge.
· Listens effectively to understand wider issues and the impact on others.
· Prepares and uses facts and constructive arguments to express views and conclusions.
