About the Role
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive HR & Admin Assistant to support our Human Resources and administrative operations. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day office functions while assisting with HR activities and employee support.
Key Responsibilities
• Support HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, and employee records
• Maintain and update employee files and HR databases
• Assist in payroll preparation and attendance tracking
• Handle general office administration tasks and correspondence
• Coordinate meetings, schedules, and internal communications
• Support compliance with company policies and procedures
• Assist in preparing reports and documentation as needed
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• 0–2 years of experience (Fresh graduates are welcome)
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Good communication skills in English and Arabic (preferred)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• High attention to detail and confidentiality
