HR Assistant Full Time NEW

Working location: Opera View Building – Dong Khoi St., Dist. 1, HCMC

Working time: Full-time from Monday to Friday

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and execute HR engagement activities, including employee events, internal communications, and well-being initiatives
• Manage end-to-end HR transactional tasks from onboarding to offboarding such as data management, documentation, coordination, and HR payment follow-ups
• Ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in daily HR operations
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to improve HR processes and employee experience
• Proactively identify improvement areas and implement solutions to enhance HR efficiency

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 2–4 years of experience in HR Operations / HR Admin / HR Generalist or related roles
• Detail-oriented, responsible and well-organized
• Good English communication skills (both written and verbal)
• Strong capability in using AI tools to improve work efficiency
• Creative mindset with ability to propose and drive new initiatives
• Attitude: Positive, proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn
