We are looking for a dynamic HR Executive / Senior Executive – Talent Acquisition to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in lab hiring and a strong background in end-to-end recruitment.

🔍 Key Responsibilities:

* Manage full-cycle recruitment (sourcing to onboarding)

* Handle lab/diagnostic hiring (technicians, pathologists, lab staff, etc.)

* Collaborate with hiring managers to understand requirements

* Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other channels

* Screen, shortlist, and coordinate interviews

* Maintain candidate pipeline and ensure a great candidate experience

✅ Requirements:

* Minimum 2+ years of recruitment experience

* Mandatory: Experience in lab hiring / healthcare hiring

* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
