We’re hiring an HR Generalist – Acquisition & Culture (Full Time, Remote)
Pangolin Marketing is a fully remote B2B marketing agency growing fast. We’ve been hiring consistently in double digits, and we plan to keep going. Now we’re looking for someone who can own the entire people function from finding and closing the right candidates to onboarding them well and keeping the team connected.
This is a hands-on role for someone who can move quickly, make sound hiring decisions, and manage both recruitment and people operations in a fast-paced remote environment.
Role: HR Generalist – Acquisition & Culture
Location: Remote / Work From Anywhere (India)

What You’ll Own (70% Recruiting, 30% People Ops)
Recruiting (70%)
• Run end-to-end hiring — writing JDs, sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, and closing offers
• Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines
• Identify talent quickly and assess fit for a remote environment
• Negotiate offers and close candidates confidently
• Manage hiring speed without compromising quality
• Work closely with founders on hiring decisions
People Operations (30%)
• Manage onboarding and ensure a structured, welcoming experience
• Drive employee engagement initiatives (Friday jams, check-ins, recognition moments)
• Be the first point of contact for employee concerns
• Run simple surveys to track team health
• Handle HR documentation, offer letters, and basic compliance
What We’re Looking For
• 3–5 years of HR experience with strong recruiting exposure
• Experience in a startup or fast-growing company
• Proven ability to close candidates
• High emotional intelligence and strong communication skills
• Comfort working in a remote, fast-paced setup
• Willingness to handle operational responsibilities
