As an HR Operations Associate, you will support end-to-end HR processes, communicate in German, and collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth and accurate HR service delivery.

✔ Support HR Operations / Hire to Retire (HRO) processes
✔ Handle communication and tasks in German (written & spoken)
✔ Coordinate HR operational activities and process workflows
✔ Ensure accuracy, timelines, and compliance in daily operations
✔ Use MS Office for reporting and operational tasks

🔹 Required Skills

✔ Strong proficiency in German (B2 / C1+ mandatory)
✔ Good communication and coordination skills
✔ Basic understanding of HR Operations / HRO
✔ Working knowledge of MS Office

✔ Minimum 15 years of education (10 + 2 + 3)
