This Position reports to:
Head of HR Experience and Operations
In this role, you will take the lead in managing all HR service delivery for the India hub. You will oversee day‑to‑day operations, drive continuous improvement, and integrate new requirements from Centers of Expertise and the business into seamless execution. With full accountability for end‑to‑end service delivery, you will ensure high‑quality outcomes that meet performance targets while maintaining speed and cost efficiency. Your leadership will be pivotal in elevating customer experience and in guiding, developing, and managing a high‑performing HR team.
The work model for the role is hybrid. This role is contributing to HR operations within India Hub in.
Key Responsibilities:
- Shape Global HR Strategy: Partner with the leadership team to design and deliver the HR vision, ensuring alignment with business priorities.
- Lead Service Excellence: Drive world‑class HR operations, improve processes continuously, and harmonize services across business functions and geographies.
- Build Trusted Partnerships: Strengthen relationships with HR leaders, business partners, and vendors to achieve service goals and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Inspire and Develop Talent: Lead, organize, and grow HR teams by setting clear goals, nurturing skills, planning succession, and retaining top performers.
- Ensure Best Practice & Financial Stewardship: Champion standardization of HR processes while managing budgets responsibly and supporting group initiatives.
Qualifications for the role:
- Bachelor’s / Master’s Full-Time degree (or equivalent experience) with 8–10 years in HR operations or service delivery, including managing large teams in global or regional settings.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices and systems, with hands‑on experience in platforms like Workday or similar HR management tools.
- Proven ability to manage budgets, create financial plans, and drive process improvements that enhance efficiency and service quality.
- Skilled in building trusted relationships with business leaders, HR partners, and vendors, with a strong orientation toward customer satisfaction.
- Demonstrated success in leading projects, improving operations, and delivering results within a Global Business Services environment.
