Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position located in Gwalior for a dynamic HR Recruiter and Telecaller at CertED Technologies. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, sourcing, and recruiting candidates for various roles, managing the end-to-end recruitment cycle, and fostering relationships with potential candidates. Additionally, you will handle telecalling tasks to engage with potential clients, build strong communication channels, and deliver tailored solutions that align with their specific needs. The role also involves documenting processes, maintaining candidate records, and collaborating across teams to ensure optimal results.
Qualifications
- Strong recruitment skills with experience in sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates
- Proficiency in telecalling, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of applicant tracking systems and recruitment software tools
- Effective organizational skills and the ability to multitask
- Familiarity with corporate and technical domains, including skill development initiatives
- Problem-solving attitude with a focus on achieving hiring goals
- Relevant experience or certifications in HR or recruitment is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or relevant field
