Job Description

Recruitment Portal (Naukri.com), HR Payroll software (Must)

Manpower plaining according to requirement & budget.

Time office management

• Payroll process
• Recruitment & Selection.
• Responsibilities to coordinate induction program for new joiners
• Organizing and coordinating training program as per plan.
• Coordination of good training agencies for outside training
• Handling Employee engagement
• Manage event Calander
• Providing critical inputs in designing & developing HR policies.
• Preparation of Induction Manual, HR Manual.

Job Requirements-

• MBA (MSW) degree

Proactive and motivated individuals

Strong communication skills

Experience at a Japanese or overseas company {Preferred not mandatory}
