Digital Marketing Assistant Full Time

TalentPop is a fast-growing e-commerce company committed to connecting with customers and driving traffic to our Shopify store and other marketplaces. We are looking for a creative, data-savvy, and motivated Digital Marketing Assistant to join our team. What You’ll Do

• Assist in the creation, editing, and scheduling of email marketing content and newsletters to drive sales and customer engagement.
• Support and execute on-page and off-page SEO strategies to increase organic traffic and search rankings.
• Use your skills in Excel to collect, analyze, and report on campaign performance data (e.g., email open rates, website traffic, conversion).
• Leverage AI tools to streamline content creation processes, research effective messaging, and identify new marketing trends.
• Help manage and update website content, banners, and landing pages to support ongoing promotions and product launches.
• Monitor competitor marketing activities and assist in the implementation of new digital marketing tactics across various channels.

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum of 1 year of experience supporting digital marketing or content creation efforts, preferably in an e-commerce environment.
• A solid understanding of SEO principles, keyword research, and email marketing best practices.
• Strong writing and editing skills for crafting clear, compelling, and brand-consistent marketing copy.
• Proficiency with **Excel** or Google Sheets for data organization, tracking, and basic analysis.
• Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple marketing tasks and deadlines simultaneously.

Technical Requirements

• Stable DSL, Cable, or Fiber internet connection (minimum 15 Mbps, LAN connection preferred).
• Personal PC or laptop with a minimum i5 processor.
