Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site HR Business Partner (HRBP) role based in Uluberia subdivision (3rd party payroll). The HRBP will support the organization by implementing and ensuring adherence to HR policies, fostering strong employee relations, and collaborating with management to address any workforce needs. Key day-to-day tasks include managing performance evaluation processes, resolving employee concerns, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and aligning HR initiatives with business goals to enhance organizational effectiveness.
Qualifications
- Experience in creating and implementing HR Policies and a deep understanding of Human Resources (HR)
- Strong skills in managing Employee Relations and addressing workforce concerns
- Knowledge and practical application of Labor and Employment Law
- Proficiency in managing Performance Management processes and frameworks
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across teams and departments
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Prior experience in a logistics or supply chain organization is an advantage

- This will be on 3rd party payroll
- Location is Uluberia – onsite role
- 1 day a week rotational Week off
