HRIS Consultant – HRIS Implementation in Delhi, Sonipat, Noida, Noida, Gurgaon, Kolkata, Bhubaneswar, Delhi Full Time


Key Responsibilities

  • Run HR discovery conversations and gather requirements.
  • Map client HR processes, including leave, attendance, onboarding, performance, and payroll.
  • Configure Zoho People modules (Core HR, Leave, Attendance, Shift, Performance, Files, Cases, Workflows).
  • Lead data migration from Excel and legacy HRMS platforms.
  • Conduct user training and produce client-ready SOPs.
  • Manage go-live, troubleshooting, and post-implementation stabilization.
  • Document requirements, configurations, and change requests.
