Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Human Resource Trainee to join our team at our office located in Chinchwad, Pune District. The role will involve supporting daily HR operations, learning about HR policies, assisting in personnel management, managing employee benefits, and contributing to the development and implementation of HR initiatives. The trainee will gain hands-on experience in all facets of HR management in an on-site setting.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of Human Resources (HR) and HR Management practices
- Understanding of HR Policies and Employee Benefits administration
- Basic skills in Personnel Management
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Proficiency with office software (e.g., Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Relevant educational background in HR or Business Administration
- Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
