Preferred Candidate Profile
We are looking for an experienced Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) who can not only manage HR processes but also become an integral part of the leadership team, helping scale the organization effectively.
This role will work closely with the CEO and core leadership team and will play a key role in building systems, accountability and performance culture within the organization.
Role Structure
This position will operate across two key pillars:
1️⃣ Human Resources Operations 2️⃣ Business Partnership & Organizational Performance
Pillar 1: HR Operations & People Management
The HRBP will be responsible for building and managing the foundational HR systems of the organization.
Key responsibilities include:
HR Administration
• Managing employee records and HR documentation • Maintaining the leave tracker and attendance records • Overseeing salary processing and payroll coordination • Managing HR policies and compliance
Performance Management
• Designing and maintaining KPI frameworks for employees • Tracking weekly performance reviews • Supporting monthly and quarterly performance appraisals • Ensuring clarity of role expectations and accountability
Talent Management
• Supporting hiring processes when required • Managing onboarding and integration of new employees • Supporting employee engagement and team culture
HR Systems
• Creating structured HR processes suitable for a growing startup environment • Maintaining dashboards and performance trackers for management
As the organization grows, the HRBP may build and supervise a small HR team, including an HR executive.
Pillar 2: HR Business Partnership & Organizational Growth
Beyond operational HR, this role will function as a strategic HR Business Partner supporting the CEO and leadership team.
Key responsibilities include:
Business Performance Support
• Helping translate company goals into team performance structures • Ensuring alignment between business priorities and team execution • Identifying performance gaps and recommending solutions
Leadership Support
• Supporting the CEO in managing organizational growth and team structure • Participating in leadership discussions and strategic planning
Meeting Facilitation
• Conducting weekly team review meetings • Tracking commitments and action items • Sharing performance insights with leadership
Organizational Development
• Helping create a performance-driven culture • Supporting decision-making related to hiring, role clarity and team growth • Ensuring operational discipline within the team
Desired Candidate Profile
We are looking for someone who:
• Has 10+ years of HR experience, including HRBP roles • Has experience working in startup or fast-growing environments • Is comfortable working directly with founders / CEOs • Has strong organizational and execution skills • Can bring structure, accountability and performance systems into the organization • Is confident leading meetings and coordinating across teams
